Failure to follow these rules may result in being blacklisted from commissioning me.

Ordering your Commission
- Please use the form provided when ordering and fill it out in full.
- I require payment before I begin the artwork, but do not send it until I accept your commission!
- I will try to complete the commission in a timely manner, normally 1-2 weeks per image, and will let you know of any delays. Please do not pester me about your commission frequently or I will simply consider the commission cancelled.
- If I absolutely cannot complete the commission for any reason I will let you know and give you a full refund.
- You may cancel the commission, but if I've already started then I reserve the right to give you only a partial refund (minimum 50%) and if I've already finished you will not receive a refund.
- I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Terms of Use
- I retain all rights to my artwork, including rights of use and rights of ownership.
This means that the commissioner cannot tell me I'm not allowed to upload my artwork to my dA, Pillowfort, etc. or include it in any personal portfolios / commission advertisements, and they cannot say that they made / own the artwork.
- No one may alter my artwork in any way without my explicit permission.
- No one may upload my artwork to deviantArt, Tumblr, FurAffinity, Pillowfort, or similar art / blogging websites without my explicit permission.
- The commissioner may upload or showcase any artwork made for them on OC tracking sites (such as Toyhou.se or Charahub) or on your Pokeheroes userpage as long as you include "Art by CreativeJackalope", with a link to either my dA, my Pillowfort, or my Pokeheroes account.
- The commissioner may use any artwork made for them for personal purposes.
This means that after you receive your commission you may use it in any way that is private and just for you, like setting it as a profile picture or desktop background.
- No one else may use the artwork for any reason without explicit permission from the commissioner.
- No one may use my artwork for commercial or advertising purposes without my explicit permission.
This means ANY usage that will make you money, such as putting my artwork on pillows and selling them, or ANY usage that may help you to make money, such as including it in a company logo or using it to advertise your services.
Options & Prices
NOTE: I am currently accepting the following items at the following values!
- Dragon Gems = 75k PD or 50 Nuggets
- Fairy Gems = 15k PD or 10 Nuggets
- Other Gems = 500 PD or 3 Gems per 1 Nugget
- Resolute Stones = 150k PD or 100 Nuggets
I will not accept any other items or Pokemon as payment, either complete or partial.
What I Will & Won't Do
I can definitely do:
- Animals and mythical creatures
- Furries and most anthros
- FCs, OCs, or canon characters
- Romantic themes including OC x canon
- Horror themes or slight gore / blood
I will definitely not do:
- Humans or humanoid beings (ie. elves, nekos, etc.)
- Nasty ships (ie. adult x minor)
- Anything against PH's content rules
Depending on specifics, I may do:
- Robots or animatronics
- Full clothing on anthros
- Heavier gore or candy gore
