The legendary snatched the flute back and smashes the Litten's face in. It zoomed off without another word.

The smaller Legendary Pokemon quickly zoomed off again.

The bigger Legendary Pokemon from before caught up to the Litten and threw it onto the ground, before zooming off.

Leo spit a flaming fireball at the smaller one. Leo fired them at quick succession and knocked them out of the sky.
Leo jumps into the water, swimming to get the flute.
He dives underwater, able to see the flute and the thief.

The smaller Legendary landed in the water, and grabbed the flute since it was close. It quickly flew out of the water, without even a drying period, and landed where the group was. It was being silent in the shadows.

The bigger Legendary stayed behind to torment the Litten.

Leo jumped onto the big legendary, and pulled it over to the island, knocking it over.
Leo jumps onto the island and jumped at the enemy.
Leo quickly notices a boat with 3 people on it, getting in before the humans found out the sun flute was gone.

The smaller Legendary gave the Sun flute to the strongest Legendary in the group.

The bigger Legendary took the Litten off the boat and threw it into deep waters. It grinned.

eventually the boat docks at Poni island, and Leo runs to find the thief
(sadly Leo was inside so he couldn't be thrown off)
Leo runs to the sun altar through bushes and in trees, making himself unable to be tracked.
Leo fainted a few Rattatas, hoping to gain enough experience to evolve.

(How does one faint a few Rattatas, but in the same moment make himself unable to be tracked? No sense to me.)

The bigger Legendary flew off and hid in the shadows with the rest of his group.

Solgaleo sighed. "Yeah, that's a first, huh." It said. It looked around and spotted something in the shadows. It stared at the shadows.

The four Legendary Pokemon hidden in the shadows were unaware that Solgaleo had seen them.

Zekkie leaned onto a tree out of boredom. They released a thunderbolt for no reason and sighed when a flock of Pidgey's flew out of a tree in fear.

"I think Papa Kyurem would appreciate that you don't destroy half the forest with a forest fire," drawled Resh, opening one of their eyes to stare at their sibling.

Zekkie sighed and had sat down, staring into the sky. "Why do you keep calling them Papa, Resh?"

Resh blinked before they smirked. "Because Papa's reaction is hilarious," then they looked up, "do you think that we should start searching now?" Zekkie nodded and they both flew into the air, looking for their enemies.

Solgaleo shrugged. "Sorry, I thought I saw something." It said.

The four Legendary Pokemon were very well hidden in the shadows.

Waffle woke up and unzipped the bag where she slept. She wondered where the Lunala had went. She flew up and hooked the bag on her arm. She flew off, looking around for Lunala.

Resh and Zekkie flew around, trying to look for their enemies. Resh hummed a tune as Zekkie turned their head in every direction, surveying the area.

Solgaleo sighed. "Maybe if we wait, the solution will come to us." It suggested.

Waffle heard some voices, and flew forward. Soon, she found herself a bit far from Lunala and another Legendary she couldn't recognize. As she flew towards them, the four Legendaries from the shadows ambushed her.

The four Legendaries grabbed the Cosmog and shoved her into the bag that she came from, knowing that it was probably important to the prophecy. Then, two Legendaries came out and attacked Lunala and Solgaleo.
