Plot

You had just moved to Oliver town,or "Sin City" as tourists call it. It's a run-down city mostly avoided due to the fact that many low lifes and ruffians live in the area. Most are dangerous and unpredictable; they werent always the untrustworthy scum they are today... They've all lived rough lives, and you have been called in by the local police to help peacefully solve the conflict. The condition of the town shows that this won't be an easy task. You must try though, for the sake of the town.

Location

The streets are maze-like and no one knows them better than the theives. The city is eerie with tall dark buildings. Most are run-down or have been damaged or vandalized in some way; either with broken windows or graffiti.

-No swearing
-Only past tense deaths
-No extreme gore. Just blood. No removal of limbs or any other body parts.
-Common PokeHeroes rules
-Max three characters per RPer
-Plz try to RP in paragraph form,instead of multiple oneliners if possible.

Back story: Maro was born in "Sin City" and his family was rather wealthy back in the day. Sadly when the city's crime went up so did robberies and any other crime as well. His family was killed and their wealth was stolen. He grew up an orphan in this horrible town and the harsh streets hardened his heart. He's learned how to survive in the crime-riddled city and make a living supplying items and trinkets to other criminals. He has quite the credit amongst the lowlifes in the criminal network.

Emma has a typical nerd nature in that she is very passive, and she follows commands more easily than the others, complying with commands not because of their logical sense but because she was told to. She's a dorks and a sweetie. She is shy and adorable. She is a bit rude, though.
