And now, the RP! Let there be rejoicing!
Madoka and Keros flew low over the trees. "Hurry, it's almost sunrise!" Madoka shouted above the wind.
"I'm going as fast as I can," Keros hummed back. "And did you really have to insist on coming all the way out here before the ceremony?"
"You know we had to. It's Emily's birthday. How could you forget?"
"I don't keep track of birthdays well."
With the wind in her ears, Madoka felt like she was flying herself, even though she knew that Keros was doing all the work. She could feel her partner's wings flap powerfully, and her heart beat strong and steady. She adjusted her feet in the saddle-type gear the Lugia was wearing.
They arrived at Legend Hall just as the sun began to rise. The pair looked down as Keros circled in the air to see people and Pokemon start to enter the courtyard, and Arceus standing in the center. It was a wonderful sight.

Alex's eyes shifted around, finding in the crowd of pokemon the familiar Stantler, purposely avoiding looking at it's odd antlers. He knew the pokemon had been waiting for this day just as long as he had, but that was how his life had to go back then. "Of course. The question is who you'll get," he pushed some white hair out of his eyes. "You think you might actually get Darkrai?"
"Nah, there's no way," Zack laughed. "He almost killed me, and it's not like I fended him off on my own. Besides, d'you really think I'm legendary material? It'd be more my luck to get that darn Drilbur that keeps popping up in Mrs. Tioni's yard!" His brother was silent at that. "Oh, come on, you don't really think I'm actually going to get a legendary?"
"I think that you can never be sure in life." The conversation ended as Arceus appeared. Now, it was time for business.

Kori panted as she ran faster. She'd been running the whole way here! She'd been running late because of all the things she'd been trying to do. 'Thank goodness Mother told me the time.' she thought in relief. She stopped running, panting and looked around trying to see how far away she was.
She sighed, standing up straight. She wasn't too far away, thank Arceus. She was about to start running again, when there was a jingling laughter behind her. She whirled around, when she froze, her eyes wide. Laughing behind her and spinning in circles was a Celebi. Her jaw dropped when the Celebi grabbed her arm, and shoved her into a portal. She screamed loudly, trying to catch someone's attention. She didn't want to go through time!

"Keros, it's happening again," she said.
"I don't see any trouble," replied Keros.
"Well, maybe it's somewhere else."
Nodding, Keros shifted her wings, using an updraft to help her flight pattern. She swooped low to the ground, hoping to find the source of the trouble. They didn't have to go far. It looked like a Celebi was up to its pranks and tricks again, trying to send someone through time. Keros landed heavily, and Madoka quickly jumped off, and grabbed the leg of Celebi's prankee, yanking as hard as she could.
"Celebi, let this girl go. You shouldn't be causing trouble on the day of the ceremony like this."

The Celebi only smiled and twirled around in circles before disappearing into her own time portal.

"No, but it looks like sunrise will be here real soon," the darker haired twin shrugged.
"I mean there was a Lugia up there, with a rider. She looked ready to watch the ceremony, then left suddenly. Think something's up?" he asked.
"Whatever it is, it doesn't involve us. The ceremony going to start, and if I miss it one more year I'm never going to get a guide," Zack retorted, a bit annoyed.
"...Fine," Alex looked back at the sky, to see if it would return. A minute later, his neck was stiff, so he looked back at the entry way. Most people were here by now. One girl ran in, looking like she'd just ran the whole way from her home to here, which was probably likely.
Zack was tapping his foot, looking at where the legendaries would grant guides. "C'mon, it's starting to get bright already! Let's get going!" He muttered. The air around the place contained building excitement, so think you could nearly cut it. He wasn't the only impatient one, but nobody dared to speak such words very loudly.

Looking around he followed the two inside. He hoped that this would work out, and he'd get a Guardian. Nothing had seemed to be going for him so far, and he was hoping this year would be different.
Kori bent over her knees panting. "Stupid Celebi...." she muttered. "Making me run the rest of the way here so I wouldn't be late..." she said with a sigh as she let down her hair as a pair of twins walked up behind her.
She let out a deep breath as she let down her hair from it's ponytail, and let it fan out around her. Man, the ceremony hadn't even started and she was already exhausted! She hoped things looked up after what happened just recently, but she wouldn't bet on it.

Madoka patted Keros's neck. "Let's go, friend," she whispered. Keros screeched, and took to the sky with a mighty leap from the ground. The Lugia drifted in lazy circles, high above Legend Hall. Madoka stretched her arms out. The scene was quite relaxing, really.

I read that, and still forgot. Sometimes for me, there's really not that much I can say. I'll be sure to have a decent post next time.
