So This post came to my attentions do you think nintendo went to far or do you think what they did was right?

If they were hacking then yes, but it seem slightly unnecessary. Why not just give them a partial ban?

Well they have broken the T&C's of nintendo console and also illegally accessed a game why would you only temp block someone for that? they could have people arrested if they chose to
