"My children... I'm in need of your help...
But first... I think it's only fair that I tell you some things first...
I'm not sure if you've wondered why you've been drawn to love certain types of Pokemon...
But if you have... I can tell you that it is because of me...
Years ago... I became the target of a group that called themselves Team Galactic...
They had captured the three lake guardians of Sinnoh... And then tried to capture Dialga and Palkia...
They got so close, I had no choice but to go into hiding... So I moved over to Kanto.
I split myself into eighteen plates and gave them to the eighteen people I saw that had potential...
Those people are... Well, you're one of them... I have no doubt you'll meet the others on the way.
Your purpose is to protect these plates...
And to protect our world...
With these plates, also comes a special gift... They allow you to talk to the Pokemon which match your plates typing...
You'll find out more about them as you travel...
But for now... Investigate the group 'Team Rocket'... I have a feeling that they're up to no good again...
And while you're at it... Maybe take on some gyms..."

((I'll just start I guess. A classic way wake up from the bed and never sleep is what I've gotten from Pokémon games.))
Zura awoke from his bed and went under his bed under a pile of clothes. Don't worry their clean. He just doesn't have a place to put them other then in piles. To find his steel plate he still didn't know what it did whenever it got close to one of his steel Pokémon he heard voices. "Well today's another day ready to start it?" Zura asked his riolu. Then left his house to go onto a nearby route to level up his Pokémon for he can fight the gym. He just needed the last two of his party to get leveled high enough to be to fight Brock's Pokémon without getting one shot. Like they did a week ago. He sometimes got looks from trainers when he fought them since all except one of his Pokémon were exotic to the kanto region.

He soon ran into a rattata "Go Drilbur!" He said throwing one of his poke balls summoning his ground type Pokémon. He knew his riolu wanted to fight he promised her that she would fight Brock's team. Most likely winning since its type advantage.

Colt awoke in a puddle of sweat, confused. He waited for a few minutes, thinking about everything. He finally decided to get up and moving. He did everything anybody normally would in the morning, grabbed his plate and his bag, and got out the door as soon as he possibly could. He slowly walked threw some grass, Marrill on his shoulder, until a pidgey popped out.
"Well, gotta get this done."
He threw out his pokemon and out came his clauncher.

Zura noticed a trainer fighting a pidgy after he finished with his Pokémon he was fighting.
He had never seen him before maybe because he slept in today. "Hey what's your name?" Zura asked.

Zuras Riolu smirked and started walking up to battle.
"Not yet your a last resort your the highest level Pokémon on my team just wait." Zura whispered.
"Go Klink!" He said summoning his Pokémon resembling two gears.

He stood still and began to laugh.
"If you allow me to finish, let's make it more interesting. Double battle, only 2 pokemon. Still up to battle?"
This was his typical tactic, get into people's minds and try and make them off guard during battles.

(Look at klinks moveset.)
"Here's mine Ivara." He pointed to his Riolu.
(I sometime nickname Pokémon after characters from video games she's actually on my real main team.)

"Ivara use force palm on clauncher! Klink use thundershock on mantine! You've made a bad choice to use matine it has a 4X weakness to electric." Zura said smirking.

"Water conducts electricity thundershock! I'm just going to abuse this. And if I can't hit mantine well there's another target. Now use vice grip and Ivara use force palm on clauncher." Zura replied.

(It's fun to see if we had the freedom to fight like ash. Thinking outside the box like he does.)

Mantine was able to swift it's away around while clauncher was hit.

Klink floated away to dodge the attack without Zura command and it hit the cluancer hopefully making it let go of Ivara. If that didn't work.
"Ivara use force palm." Zura said.
