Clótilde stopped and hid when the red creature looked around, after
the red creature continued walking, Clótilde continued walking
slowly into the forest aswell, trying to not be seen by the red
creature and a.... Paintbrush?
And then, she accidentally stepped on a stick, and out came a
cracking noise.
"Pourquoi devez-vous mettre dans mon chemin bâtons!?" Clótilde
whispered very lowly and quickly darted her eyes around to find a
hiding place.
Why? Didn't Clótilde went to another direction? Because she is
still interesed in what the red creature Will do when it enters the
forest.
((Little notice: I'll Probably change my roleplaying
Style/format.))
Matuneah was reading the card once more as the writing on the card
changed their ears perked up then turned their body to the sound of
a cracking noise. They gulped down some air as if swallowing some
courage into their chest. "Who's there?" Matuneah sees a being or
prabably a person? It looks like one of their friends from the
different universes they went on. The beings are nice . .well some
of them. Matuneah put their paintbrush in front to protect
themselves if they get attacked. "I won't hurt you it's just that
I'm lost." Matuneah said then added. "Maybe you are lost as well?
Well I didn't say that Paint did."
Clótilde
When The creature looked at her, Clótilde panicked inside, she
didn't know what to reply and stayed quiet for a few minutes, until
she decided to reply, she could understand
"...oui... I mean... Yes, I'm lost aswell... Wait, are you looking
for an Apple tree aswell?...................... Did I say that
correctly?" Clótilde replied nervously.
Clótilde knew a bit of english, she understood basic words, not
many complicated or formal words.
Matuneah nodded to the response a little bit surprised and wrapped
their left arm around the paint brush knowing they aren't dangerous
or evil. "Well yes. .actually and you did say that correctly, I
guess?" They replied then frowned a bit. "The card also said a dice
as well. .and I don't know how to get a dice. Maybe I could paint
it up but maybe it has to be some specific one." Matuneah shrugged.
"Oh! Maybe to clear things up-"They pointed at themselves with
their thumb. "The name is Matuneah! You can call me Mat for short
if you like. Oh and the paint brush is Paint my weapon-like
friend!" Matuneah smiled and looked at the person. "Er it wouldn't
be rude if I could ask for your name-I mean if you want share your
name if you want."
Clótilde seemed to be slowly calming down, she wasn't taking too
long to reply
"My name is Clótilde. I'm fine with whatever nickname you give me."
Clótilde replied with a neutral-ish face
"A dice?" Clótilde said and showed the dice she had in her hand
"I saw the card and this dice was beside it, I mean, I don't know
if this is true dice or not... " Clótilde added
"....Also, do you know who is that in the photo, I mean, I know it
must have to do with something but... I have no idea." Clótilde
pointed at the photo aswell.
Matuneah eyes lit up in happiness when the person shared their name
with them. "Clótilde? That's a nice name." They said happily. "Oh!
You have the dice? I mean it can be the true one-wait you got a
card as well?" Matuneah hummed for a bit. "That's odd. .and for the
photo thing well I have no idea who that is sadly. It's a bit
concerning though. Maybe perhaps they are the reason we are here.
.or not?" They patted their paint brush a bit to get themselves
thinking. "Paint thinks that the person, or whoever it is and what
they are, might help us go back to our homes by giving us riddles
that is."
Another clue was buried under the apple tree reading:
"Sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Luxord. I am a Nobody
called the Gambler of Fate. before that I was a gambler named
Rould. But I am Luxord now. If you want to find me, touch Rould's
photo and say "Gambler of Fate" three times. You will be sent to
fight the Dead Man's Beast in a frosty zone and tied to the beast's
neck is the next clue."
