Leaf shrugged, and walked to the cabin, starting to unpack, but falling asleep while trying.

Vine walked to the cabin, unpacked, and went to bed.

Ivy yawned, walked to the cabin, unpacked, and went to bed.

(I'm going to be doing the same thing in just a minute. Change 'walked to the cabin' to 'went to bed' and get rid of the rest.)

(Dream that goes into Ivy's backstory will now commence.)
Ivy was having a conversation with Vine, "So, what are we going to do today?"

"Look, you burnt dad alive, I am NOT talking to you." Vine growled.

"Okay! Okay!" Ivy exclaimed.

"And because of YOU, Leaf and I got the beatings, while you just stood there and watched!" Vine continued, then he lunged at Ivy.

"Ack! Somebody help me!" Ivy yelled.

"Really, all you have to say is 'ack?' Are you stupid?!" Vine yelled, attacking Ivy where he doesn't like it.

"Ow! I'm sorry!!" Ivy then acciddentally smacked Ivy hard on the head, knocking him out. "...Vine?" Ivy asked. "Vine? Answer me!" Ivy yelped, but to no avail. Vine was out cold.
(Dream now over.)

Ivy woke up, drenched in cold sweat, breathing hard. He immediatley looked over at Vine's bed, and seeing him there, uttered a quick 'I'm sorry', before Ivy ran out of the cabin.

That happened once to me, I burnt dad alive when I was five, and made up some story to hide the truth, and Vine found out and he tried to kill me and I knocked him out cold and-" The rest of what Ivy was saying was uncomprehensible as he immediately started crying loudly.

Ivy looked at Alli. "I-I shouldn't h-have, b-but dad was hurting L-Leaf, Vine, and I and I w-wanted to do something about it..." Ivy sobbed.

(Heh, bet you never knew this happened. Some families aren't as they seem. And for all Vine knows in other timelines, Ivy was dead and came back to life somehow. I always vaguely describe the history of my characters so that I have room for more interesting things.)
