I'll start posting stuff after this post.
Guess I'll start with the Aether Foundation.
In alchemy, the Aether is the 5th element, basically spirit.
If you have a side-by-side comparison of the alchemical symbol for Aether and the Aether Foundation logo, you can see the simularities.

Type: Null is clearly a chimera.
Type: Null can also be the Magnum Opus.
The Magnum Opus is the creation of the Philosopher Stone.
In alchemy there are a lot of theories about how to create the philosopher's stone.
One of them being the transmutation of lead, sulphur, salt and mercury.
Type: Null has bird talons (rowlet=salt), an aquatic tail (popplio=mercury), a canine like body (rockruff=lead) and possibly a canine head (litten=sulphur)
