I taking there should be a way to buy Pokémon out right if some one is selling them. we only have the Auction House and the Trade Station. what if we just want to give it to one person for sit pd. It would be nice to have a place for that.

You can always create/browse a thread in the GTS Section, but I suppose this would really make user's life easier. There's a similar, older suggestion here though, with more detailed explanation + item function. Is that what you are looking for in your suggestion?
