(Strawberry is at the store, Fireworks is back at the agency, and she's the one holding the red cloth.)
"They call me Fireworks." Fireworks says. She hands him the cloth.

"But... not theft...!" Strawberry says. "He goes a little overboard, but never theft, something is definitely up.. Maybe it might be another Pokemon telling him to do it, as you said..." She looks at Zack.

(Originally, I was just going to have that case be a little innocent misunderstanding, where the little Snivy was only stealing for an alphabet presentation for school, but I'm changing that. Maybe he is being blackmailed by a gang of evil Pokemon to do it?)

Volt looked at the scale slightly. "Maybe it belongs to a grass type? Or just a shiny Dragonite...." He thought. He saw something red flying in the sky once more. It let out the mega evolution symbol. "That thing could be related with the robberies!" He shouted, and tried to get someone to chase the Pokemon.

Since none of them could fly, Volt used Volt tackle on a bunch of rocks once again, sending out electrified rocks towards the soaring object, but something else was buried in the rocks too, a thunderstone!

It immediately reacted with Volt, and caused him to glow and increase in size.

Volt gained cream-and brown fur, his tail increased in size and he gained the regular Raichu features, with a lightning bolt symbol on his forehead.

(The leader of those evil Pokemon could be a Mega Charizard Y?)

Volt recovered slightly from the daze caused by evolution. He was feeling a bit taller, and all the typical Raichu changes. He sent some eelectricity to the ground through his tail.

"May I come too?" He asked, Flare, being a fire type, would frighten Snivy, so he stayed back.

Volt and Flare go to Strawberry at the store. Volt tries to check if he has learnt any new moves. He tries to create a beam in front of a rock near the store, which turns out to be hyper beam! He rock blasts to bits near the front of the store. Volt hopes not to have scared anyone as he recharges.
