I have recently been accepted by DragonSumedh To wright in the Emera Town Magazine!

Have you ever been to the Emera Beach? Unlocked at Trainer Level 12, The Beach is a refreshing new area in the "Town" section. There are plenty of new and exciting things to do at the beach, such as fish using different unique rods and baits, Purchase some affordable food at the Los Seashellos Café and Diner, or trade with the lovely mermaid Leah.
Leah the mermaid can offer some very useful items, including new rods, Mystery Boxes, and even a Special Summon Map! All for a fee though, you can either exchange some of the water pokemon you have caught, or Bottled Messages that she believes may be from her parents.

Fun Fact: Did you know sometimes you can find items on the beach, such as Shoal Shells, Shoal Salt, or even Pearls?

So, if your fishing, or just chilling on the beach looking for items, those of us at the Emera Town Magazine hope you enjoy your time at our beloved beach!

Title: September 4th

Today, September 4th, is the last day of the Shaymin Summer Event! Every year, there is the annual Shaymin Summer event, It unlocks the ability to obtain the legendary pokemon Shaymin, Brings the fun and exciting Sky Gift feature in the "Community" section, it even can get you a Special Shaymin Plushie or the limited item- the Gracidea Flower! In order to encounter Shaymin, You have to keep interacting, and after a random amount of interactions, a Shaymin Icon will pop up in the top right corner!
After clicking on the Shaymin Icon, It will give you three options: Obtain a Shaymin Egg, Get a lovable Shaymin Plushie, Or you can choose the Gracidea, that changes Shaymin's form.

Fun Fact: Did you know you can sometimes get a Shiny Shaymin Plushie when the Shaymin Icon appears?

Also, don't forget SkyGifts will be leaving soon too! The SkyGift feature is a fun and exiting one where you can send messages to your friends, you can also send anonymously! Each message you send contains a random item, with the possibility of that item being a Gracidea Flower! Each time you send though, the fee increases. Send while you still can before the opportunity ends and you will have to wait another year!


Do you like competition? You should join the Bug Hatching Contest! The Bug Hatching Contest can be found in the Emera Square and starts on the 1st of every month and lasts for seven days. To enter, You have to have at least one empty space in your party and play the mini-game. You are given 120 seconds to click on as many bug pokemon as possible. Clicking on a Bug Pokémon gives you 1 Point, but clicking on a different type of Pokémon makes you lose 3 Points. After completing the mini-game, you will get three different bug eggs to choose from. If you Perform well, There is a good chance you will get a more rare bug pokemon egg!

Fun Fact: Sometimes the pinsir in Emera Square will be shiny, but nothing happens when you click it.
