I found a bug where if you hit enter, it sends it as an empty message

i'm not sure this qualifies as a bug so much as it does a complaint, but when i get messaged by a user i don't have added to my friend list, their name stays on the list off to the side, and there doesn't seem to be a way to delete them off from it?

It's moreso a collection of bugs with the Pal Pad rather then a complaint

I don't know if that was intentional or not, but i get the same thing

Strange, maybe it is a bug at you two´s server, by me, I have only people I added as friends,
I am on chrome, so it is quite possible.

If somebody writes to you outside of your friendlist though they will stay on the list. I don't like that, either. It would be nice to have an option to chat with friendlist only.

I found another bug where if you press enter after typing a message, it sends the message, and goes down one line. (Not sure if it happens everytime)

Well I thought it was doing the function of enter as starting a new paragraph and also sending the message so I didn't take notice of it much.

I have found however that when I write a message and press enter and sent it, if I click to someone else's name to respond to them my message previously for the other person gets sent to them. This happens only when I swap people pretty quickly, so I have just had to write a message, wait for it to pop up in the chat box, and then go to another person.

I'm not sure if this is like MSS's one, but I'm on iPad and on Chrome and Safari, and the window keeps going down until it reaches the bottom of the page.

Why is this a sticky thread, when not much has really changed with Pal Pad over the past 3 years, and nothing has been posted here recently?



Anyways, can hiding/removing people off of Pal Pad be made a thing already?

It was the easiest thing to make a script to do this for myself, yet it would be a great QoL improvement to go and make for everyone.

Make a "Friends List", and an "All" column/tab for Pal Pad (should be self explanatory). I can always design some good examples of how this could look if need be.

Fix that line "bug" that @LostTurtwig had mentioned with sending multiple messages at a time. Not a big thing that should be focused on being fixed, or be prioritized, but just would be more aesthetically pleasing if it weren't a thing.

Not sure if it's a bug or just chrome being annoying, but sometimes my messages will send multiple times even when I only pressed enter one time ;v;

Sometimes the palpad will show someone is online (green dot), when they haven't done anything in an hour or longer.

I'm pretty sure when the green dot is on but they haven't had any action it means that they still have a PokéHeroes tab open on their browser.

There is a palpad bug where it doesn’t warn you that you need to be friends to message anymore, then it saves the chat and acts like new message and same for the other person but still no message showing for either person. and the chat gets pinned to the bottom of your palpad list. I’m sorry if I worded that weird, not sure how else to word it.
