"of course its not.." he said getting tired of being camouflaged , so he stopped the camouflage , his (guessing these are humans with dragon features so XD) hair and skin/clothing/scales were wet, he picked up his hat that was in the water, putting it back on after ringing it out.

He finally finds a breeding ground for shrimp near the coast. He quickly dives at the shrimp and gulps around 7 all at once. He then dips his head out of the water to see another human flying around.
