i finally got my charizard, so i feel grateful to all the people that helped me, and offered to help because i'm so relieved now because i thought it was going to be impossible to breed one myself. now to just mega evolve her! i honestly cannot believe how nice this community is for helping me out, and all of the offers to help too. my boyfriend was also helping on the side as well, so it feels so nice to have so much support while i hunted. thank you all.

note to self

keep it up, and stay strong. working out is tough to get used to, but you can do this. don't give up, get out of the rut that you're in. try to do it for an hour at least, don't get discouraged. i know you don't like what you see in the mirror now, but it can change. you have the power, you can change it yourself. you're in control. it isn't permanent. drink plenty of water, get some green tea. stop drinking when you're upset.

today's workout:
stretch
power walk to warm up your muscles
20-25 minute run
45 jumping jacks
10 squats
15 crunches
10 squats
35 jumping jacks
15 crunches
20 leg lifts, each leg
10 squats
25 jumping jacks
stretch to finish, if a specific area isn't burning, repeat but don't overwork yourself.

4 sets of 15 reps, each arm

all completed, great work!

so you're down 3 pounds, and you did the same workout as yesterday. you also went shopping and got some nice food for yourself, but there are some things you still need. so maybe you can get them later? i just wish i didn't like those chips and cottage cheese so much lol. you have enough protein too. avoid the smoothies that are advertised as healthy.

make your own dressing.

yesterday's list:
• fresh green beans
• fresh broccoli
• 2 chicken breasts
• chive cottage cheese
• garlic and spinach low calorie thins
• peaches
• bananas
• fresh lettuce

what i need:
• greek yogurt
• more cottage cheese
• more thins
• tomato
• avocados
• spinach

a small vent

people wondered why i had a hard time opening up and getting close to people. everyone just keeps stuff from me, they never tell me if i do anything to upset them and they always keep me in the dark. i'm starting to feel like love doesn't exist and that i'm just too problematic for anyone to love. people who say they're there for you just leave you in your darkest hours.. i'm honestly just tired of it all. i managed to work out today but i honestly don't want to feel this way anymore. i was empty and sad for an entire year before this, and now i just feel it all over again.

update

with my luck in tyrantrum hunting, i decided to do a shiny slot shop. maybe it can help raise money towards getting the strongest vaporeon on site. hopefully it won't be too difficult, but it seems my luck has decreased since i tried to plan my thread out.
