Once she'd checked on every cat in camp, Bluefeather returned to her den to rest her paws. She stretched her legs and wings, releasing the stiffness in their joints before lying down and beginning to clean herself.

Dustfire cleaned her paws and wings then flew up to tested them since they have recovered from a rip in her wings.

Bluestreak stretched in his den and rose. He slowly pads over to Diamondstar and awaits her message.



Starfall licked Earthkit to clean him, and then picked him up and padded towards Diamondstar to hear what she says.

Hearing her leader's call, Bluefeather raised her head and saw other cats padding past toward the area of camp where clan meetings were held. Getting to her paws, the medicine cat followed them.

Bluefeather sat quietly near the back of the crowd, watching as the new apprentices received their wings and halos. Wait- what was that smell...? Her eyes widened, fearful of what this meant.
