Venusaur started to charge up a Solar Beam, and Eevee used Yawn on Gyarados*

(You still have time, maybe a secret route exists somewhere? Although one of us may notice, how about anyone fighting the Gyarados isn't allowed to stop you from escaping? Most wild Pokemon have fled, so beyond sending out their own Pokemon/jumping on you, it will be hard to stop you. Sound fair?)
