Are you asking if shaymin can hatch shiny? ^^ If so, yes shaymin does have a chance to hatch shiny this year :)

Nothing has changed when it comes to the random chance of hatching a shiny and Shaymin has that same random chance, ever since its first appearance ;)

If you want to know whether you can choose a shiny egg, like you have a chance of choosing a shiny plushie, the answer is "no", btw :p

No, you can't. The plushie is the third option, so if you pick something else, it wouldn't make sense to still be able to get a plushie ;)

I've been needing to ask how will we know if we get a shiny shaymin egg? it would be cool if it had a shiny picture like they do on the honey tree

You can't pick a 'shiny egg'; just like a random egg from the Lab has a (very small) chance of hatching shiny, so does the adopted Shaymin eggs. Nor the lab egg nor the Shaymin egg will tell you it's shiny, until it's actually hatched.

Unless you've actively been keeping track of it (through your Daily interactions made), there isn't ^^'
And, considering the random chance, I think this was done intentionally.

1.000.000 is not the requirement, though. If you're very unlucky, it might take this many, but this is just a random number, it's not the goal you need to reach to get Shaymin.
