6 months after the events of the war between the Animals and the Pokemon, they decide to build a city: Harmony City. The 2 species have made up, but there are still problems, like in a city. The animals and Pokemon want to know what the mysterious lights mean, or what they are, and some gangs around the city are trying to turn Pokemon and Animals against each other! What will happen in Harmony City? Will the gangs start another war? What are those lights? Lets find out!

Rules:
*If you were NOT in the "This is War!" Role-Play, pal pad me, or Popplio for info on the events in that RP.
*You may have a Pokemon or Animal in a gang, but they won't be interacted with much, so I suggest making another character that will be against the gangs with it.
*No Mary-Sues, Power-Playing, or God-modding.
*Max of 3 characters
*This is HARMONY City, so no fighting unless the occasional fight with gangs.
*If you were in the 'This is War!" RP, then you can use the same characters, and if you don't want to, give me a reason why they are not in Harmony City.
*Hide your signatures if they are big! You know who you are...
*No legendary Pokemon or mythical animals/extinct animals
*Popplio is the co-creator. (But I took the time to type this, so consider me the Queen :3)

Personality: Very sweet, and mother like. She doesn't forget the past, but she likes to focus on the present and future. She is calm, but serious most of the time. She has a very strong hate for the gangs.

Anything happen in the last 6 months?: She moved in with Squirt in a big apartment, witch she got with money from the government.
Other: I'm a creator of this RP, so I can call someone out if I, or Popplio thinks they broke a rule.

Personality: Very sweet, and childish. He still thinks he is a strong warrior, but can get carried away, or cause mischief for attention or recognition.

Anything happen in the last 6 months?: Squirt started going to school, but sometimes he is bullied for his size. But, he has become very smart, but he is still childish and cute. Ivy even got him a mega stone, and hers and his are in a glass case side-by-side.
Other: Ivy is his legal mother.
