You are allowed to only be a Pokemon or only be a Wizard
Max of 4 Wizards/Pokemon (As individual Character's, not sets. This means you are just a pokemon or a wizard with magic but no pokemon)
Do not control other people's character's
Break of these rules 3 times (except the form rules) and you will be banned

Magic: Heat. Unlike Fire, Draco controls the environment around him, allowing him to make the air around him hotter or colder. Draco can also make the air hot enough to combust into flames or cold enough to create ice. Draco can increase or decrease the power of temperature based attacks. He can make hot flames even hotter or ice beams even colder.
Pokemon(s): Crimson (Typhlosion) and Blaze (Charizard)
History: Draco grew up in a well known and famous Aristocrat Family in Europe but he quickly realized that his parents were hungry by the age of 10 years old. Draco did not want to be tainted by this and ran away from home with his 8 year old adopted sister whom he cared about. Draco and Astreya were found on the streets by an American Family from Seattle and they offered to take them home.
Draco and Astreya agreed and went back to America with the family. However, the family forgot to sign some papers for the custody of Draco and Astreya, so when The Aristocrat Family found them. Draco and Astreya were forced back to Europe but their American Family fought back but in the end, they died trying to save them. Draco and Astreya fought back against their parents until Draco created a large blast of fire and Astreya blinded them with a Sun Flare. Their parents, realizing that they had magic, gave them some pokemon and sent them off to Poké-Wizards High School and if they did, they would never have to live with their Parents. If they denied, they would be forced back home. Draco and Astreya accapted and were flown to Poké-Wizards Academy.

Other: Draco tries as hard he can to not fight other Students and Pokemon. He is not afraid to fight, he is afraid of going overboard. Because his Magic isn't directly used for fighting, Draco's empowers his pokemons attacks and he is afraid of making his Typhlosion's attacks too strong as Draco does not know his or Crimson's limit.

History: Draco was originally given a shiny Fennekin but Draco always did not like the Fennekin. One day while Draco was on the streets, he saw a small flame inside a whole underground in a Alleyway. Draco approached the flame and discovered a starving Blaze.
Draco rushed Blaze to his dorm at Poké-Wizards and he fed Blaze a bunch of food. Draco also thought Blaze was dirty since he was black but once Draco gave Blaze a bath, he realized that Blaze was a shiny. Draco was happy and said these exact words to Blaze "Hey Buddy. Do you wanna be my partner?" and Blaze nodded. Draco then gave back the Shiny Fennekin back to his parents.

History: Bunbuku was given to Astreya by their parents. Bunbuku was raised by their parents to be the perfect guardian and pokemon. Bunbuku then was brainwashed into this when he really was a very kind and nice Sceptile.

Draco was with Crimson and Blaze in the Battle Arena, practicing on battle techniques. Crimson, Blaze, and Draco proceeded to do their normal practice routine and then some standard practice. Afterwards, they worked on combination moves which were very important to Draco as he had 2 Pokemon at his side.
Astreya and Bunbuku were watching from a distance in the Battle Arena while sitting in the bleachers. Astreya cheered and motivated them as Bunbuku just stared and didn't say a word or do anything.
