"Quiet, aren't you? But perhaps you are hungry, too." Master
then turned his attention to the Lucario, away from Kya. "And you
are very rude as well, or perhaps you have much to dwell
Cell?"
"And how do you know my name?" Cell barked out his question,
baring his teeth behind his mask. He didn't like this mansion, he
didn't like the look of the pair there--the master and mistress of
the mansion? There was something that smelled terribly fishy to
him. "I don't want to be here, you've kidnapped me."
"We wouldn't call it 'kidnapping' per say. Rather, we are giving
you the chance of adventure every day!" The 'smile' returned on
Master's face.
shh..Kya didn't like the way things were going. The
Lucario.. Cell? didn't make him feel better, he felt rather
like an intruder. "What do you mean by adventure?, you've literally kidnapped
us!" his voice was to hostile, he could feel anger on his
face.. Kya didn't liked that place or that Kingdra...the
master
"Perhaps 'adventure' is too strong a word, and a better one
would be 'game'--if you would stop being such a turd." Master
grimaced at the terrible add-on rhyme. It didn't flow as well as he
had hoped it would. "And if you would both sit with us for dinner,
the conversation about why you are here will, er, simmer.~"
It was clear that nothing good was going on, but with the doors
locked and the couple here somehow managing the kidnappings...
Cell growled lowly, but took a seat on the furtherest couch
from the other three. He was going to do this his way for as
long as he could to rebel.
"Madam, do you still wish to eat dinner?" Yang inquired, his
whiskers quivering quickly. "I may have made you too much cake, and
for that, I apologize greatly."
((oops forgot to post))
Rita turned her head over to the Mienfoo and asked, "Hm? What
did you say? Sorry, I wasn't listening..." She took another
bite of her cake. Well, I may be here for no reason that I know
of, but they sure make good cake!, the shiny Sylveon pondered.
"Erm, that is... Do you still wish to eat dinner?" The Mienfoo's
ears drooped, as did his whiskers. It would not do if the shiny
Sylveon was displeased with his service, but she did look like she
was enjoying that cake greatly as well... "Would you like something
to drink, madam?"
((why))
"Well, I'll finish the cake and see how full I am.", Rita
replied. She noticed the Mienfoo's distressed expression. "Are
you alright?", she asked. The Sylveon's ears twitched.
"That is...never mind me." Yang did his best to smile, and went
on with the finishing touches for dinner. Garnishes, pinched
sprinkles of flavour, this would be a great welcoming feast (and
certainly more than 5 Pokémon can handle, even if they were
starving to begin with).
Rita eventually finished her cake. There was still some room in her
stomach, though, as this cake was the first bit of food she had for
the day. The shiny Sylveon glanced at Yang preparing dinner.
Goodness, that's a lot of food., she thought. A wide smile
appeared across her face.
[[@pastelpookivil and so your sig makes a reappearance XD]]
Humming as he went about his work, the Mienfoo was quite
dexterous as he balanced several plates on his arms and nose. "I'll
take care of that dish later, madam. Dinner will be served in a ten
course meal just in the parlour, momentarily."
With that said, he began to make his way towards the parlour. Ever
so much a picture of grace and balance.
Suddenly a nice scent came from.. um.. where? Kya hadn't seen all the rooms, but by the way it smelled, it
was food.. It smelled delicious and suddenly he just wanted to eat
something.
"That didn't answer my question" he said sharply while
staring at the Kingdra.. "I want to know where are we". It sounded more rude than he
expected.. He felt bad now, those people had treated him well,
right? They hadn't hurt him..yet the thought stayed on his
mind for a while
"Dinner is served.~" Yang trilled as he walked into the parlour.
Yin followed him in moments, a simple cart laden with all the
forks, knives and other cutlery. The first set course contained the
appetizers, a light fluffy pastry that would melt on the tongue. It
would be followed by the pipping hot berry soups on Yin's
cart.
Cell's stomach growled at the scent of the food. He scowled
some more, but chose to not acknowledge his hunger. Even if the
food did smell insanely heavenly for whatever reason. "Dinner's
here. Now talk."
The Kingdra merely shook his head and gave off another round of
laughter. "After we eat, surely we can talk as we eat? It smells so
very delicious, hm--er, Keith?"
The food smelled delicious... Kya felt trapped in this situation.. He felt out of place..
What should he do?
He decided to wait for the Lucario to do something
((I was waiting for pastel))
Unfortunately, hunger won out over being stubborn. Soon enough,
Cell was chowing down as though he was a starving 'mon. Not
his best behaviour, but he blamed their witchcraft for making the
food smell so darn good in the first place.
Kya saw Cell choke down with the food.. what was he
waiting for?
he decided to eat very slowly while staring at his mysterious
hosts The food was delicious each bite was melting on his
mouth...
Soon enough he was eating just as desperately as the Lucario
"Impeccable work as always, Yang. Very good, it is like...my
mouth is going BANG!" Chortling, the Kingdra ate his portions
through special machinery in his tank. The Mienfoo beamed quite
brightly, and looked quite ready to giggle. He retained his serious
posture by standing stock-still, though there was probably nothing
that could take away his smile.
One course down, and several more to go. Cell was almost
dizzy with the fantastic flavours. Idly, he wondered what he'd have
to do to get a butler like Yang to cook for him...
The Umbreon finished his meal.. Delicious
For a moment he forgot where he was.. Kya was so amazed by
the intense flavours of the berry soup that he started feeling
comfortable
..Well.. just until he finished eating and his eyes found the
strange Kingdra...
By the time dinner was finished, Cell grudgingly admitted
(to himself) that everything in this mansion was weird so far. But
at least they fed their guests in a lavish manner. Straightening up
in his seat a bit, he tried to look serious behind his mask: "So.
Now we talk."
Master closed half of one eye and used the other to look at the
Lucario in an amused manner. "Is it time already? We haven't heard
comments from the lady." He nodded his head towards Rita for a
moment, before grinning lazily (he didn't have teeth, but the
empty-mouthed grin mimicked a smile) at Kya. "And, if I'm not
mistaken; this Umbreon has questions not yet taken~"
Kya hadn't been listening to the Kingdra until he heard
Umbreon The Umbreon what? Had they been talking to him?..
He decided to wait for the kingdra to keep talking
"That is to say...have you some questions, Kya?" Master frowned,
wincing at his lack of rhyme. It couldn't be helped. Rhyming was a
very difficult skill to hone.
Looking to the Umbreon and to the...shiny? Sure, shiny Sylveon,
Cell tried to relax his tense shoulders. He was hoping to
get this down as soon as possible, since he didn't find that he
could fully trust the so-called 'Master'.
Questions? He had a lot of qustions...
He calmed himself, Kya wanted to scream all the questions at
once
He carefully chose the best question "Where are we and how did we got here?"
