Try boxes for pokemon who you want to be in your party but your party's full of eggs!

I don't understand your idea very much. Couldn't you just use your first box as a place to hold the Pokemon you'd like in your party but can't because of your eggs? (Unless you have the egg storage box and you can move your eggs there.) You'll have to expand more on this idea as it is very vague and I have no idea what the point of it is.
