Could someone tell me what an artist's block is?

On a second note, it isn't concerning new Megas, but a change in something of a mega. I think that Mega Charizard X's ability, or, atleast, it's hidden ability should be changed to Levitate. After all, charizards fly.

Well this thread is for mainly talking about Pokemon who don't have a mega already.
Please stay on topic with that, and not talk about ones who already have megas. ^_^


But an artist block is as same as a writers block.
Writers block is when a writer can't think of what to write about.
An artist block would be that the artist doesn't know what to draw. which I find an excuse since there's cool fanart out there

Now I'll express myself in detail about a mega I'd like to see, Mega Dragonite.

I'd like mega Dragonite to not to be too bulky (many fans want that after seeing dragonair). It could regain it's old colour scheme, that is , Blue for normal form and Violet for shiny form. I present 3 typing options and abilities which I think would match:
1. Pure Dragon
Ability: Levitate

2. Dragon/Flying
Ability: Protean

3. Dragon/Fairy
Ability: Levitate/Pixilate .

Now, I have a few suggestions for new pokemon as well ^-^. (If some of these were listed already then, i'm not sure.) A Tiki pokemon. It would be Fire and Grass, I would love to see that kind of pokemon be in this new generation ^_^.
