Possibly allowing the chance of finding rare items(Boxes and Star Pieces and such) on a Rumbling Mission be higher then those without a Premium Account

No support. Not just it would make the price of some items cheaper, but it would make PH like a pay to play site.

No support, reasons already stated. The value of items would go down, it'd make the site more pay-to-win, and they already have enough benefits over non-premium players.
