Renton opened his eyes slowly. The light from the sky constricted his pupils, causing him to squint. He sat up, rubbing his head.
"What...happened?" He mumbled to himself. It was just then that he noticed a few others roaming around.

Renton rubbed his head nervously, looking up at the youthful girl who stood before him. "I think I'm alright," he mumbled under his breath. "My head's just a little fuzzy." He brushed off the leaves that adorned the back of his neon orange T-shirt, and stood up. It was a slow, drawn-out processes, yet he eventually gained enough balance to stand semi-straight up, as he had once before.
"Do you know where we are?" He pondered, scrutinizing the area around him. The field was decorated with brightly colored flowers and beautiful luscious green leaves that poked out of the branches of trees and stems.

Renton's stomach grumbled loudly as he watched Nero walk away, resulting in a slight blush from him. He scratched the back of his head habitually and mumbled again. "Come to think of it...I'm kind of hungry myself."
His speech wasn't quite directed at anyone in particular, and he figured nobody had even payed him much attention.

Renton noticed the elk prancing around in the horizon. "An elk? That's odd...they're normally located in rural areas, not flower fields," he whispered. He felt a small drop of blood escape from his lower lip as he bit down, thinking. "This is..not right." It wasn't so much that the elk was located in a strange place, but the fact that he had felt a strange tangly feeling embedded in his chest ever since his consciousness returned to him.

Renton let out a soft eep as he watched the incident go down. He took a step back, almost tripping over the weeds that protruded from the flourished ground beneath his small feet.

A giant yells out screaming we were in his territory
As Nero takes the crushing swing and raises his shield to block the blow
The shield crushes in breaking his arm as well stabbing the giant in the Leg
"Run away guys!!" He yelled out painfully and sternly

Renton, who was not much of a quick thinker, stood there, frozen. His jaw moved up and down as he tried to find words to say, however they would not come out. Deep inside, his subconscious knew he should've made a run for it at that moment, but his feet refused to move. Finally, his mind settled on one word: no. After making use of his vocal cords once again, he began speaking. "I don't know who you are," he said quietly. "But I won't let you stay here and fight on your own."
Suddenly, a long narrow sword pixelated into his hand. He ignored the strangeness of the situation and thought deeply about a strategy. As long as that guy keeps him distracted, I should be able to attack from behind. The best place to stab is the heart, but I obviously can't reach it. Perhaps...if I can slice a tendon in his knee or ankle...that should be more than enough, he thought to himself.
He tightened his grip on his sword and began his planned out process. His eyes scanned over the scene that stood before him, and he ducked down, deep into the grass, almost out of sight. "With that monster distracted, I doubt he'll be able to acknowledge my presence when he's so busy," he almost laughed to himself.
He then began promptly making his way towards the giant's back.
