Ember's head raised as she smelled a Fire-type, and she pushed through to emerge behind the Izzy, Sophie, and Ty. "You guys going to that one address, too?"

Zariya pulled out her phone for the nth time. "Adriana, I think we're going the wrong way."
Her twin skipped back and peered over Zariya's shoulder. "Hmm?"
"We're going east. We should be heading north. I think. Oh, Arceus, I wish it were dark out, I'd know my way around then," Zariya said quietly.
Adriana shrugged. "Then, let's go!" She grabbed her sister's hand and began pulling her the right way.

Ember nods. "If I can. yeah!" Her golden tails wave with excitement. "What d'you think this is about? Ohh, I hope it's good!" She bounces a bit before running up to walk next to them.

Zariya and Adriana finally find the correct path, but they're wayyy far behind.
"We better get there in time," Zariya grumbles.
Adriana beams. "We will, don't worry!"

Its alright Ember, its natural for a young Fire Type like yourself to be full if energy, but i was also League Champion of Johto, unfortunately, my trainer past away from Cancer.... So i dyed my fur pink to honor his memrory

Ember nods. "That's cool how you honor him," she says. "Mom's trainer was a champion of Unova about two centuries ago. After Ember passed away of old age, I think, Mom explored the world and met Dad in Kanto. She always told me this really cool stories that Shiny Pokemon are actually trainers reborn, that their souls attached to their main one and was passed down until they became a Shiny. When I was born, Mom said that's how she'd honor the original Ember." She shrugs. "I kinda believe it, but not really."

((just a personal headcanon of mine, lol. Shiny Phantump are a slight exception to this, though, bc when powerful Trainers die in the woods they can be a shiny Phantump. *coughcough*LOTR Pokemon AU, Boromir*coughcough*))
