Thirty years ago, several Legendary Pokemon were sealed away for causing destruction and havoc. They are Darkrai, Yvetal, and Giratina, guarded by Cresselia and several others. Within the following years of their disappearance, peace slowly settled over the world.
But now, a group of Dark Type and Ghost Type Pokemon have been banding together, spreading a thick blanket of darkness wherever they go, trying to revive their beloved gods from their long sleep.
The darkness gathers energy by sending any Pokemon exposed to it into tiredness and causing extreme irritation and frustration, removing rational thought. Only Dark and Ghost Types are unaffected, and the leaders are gathering the energy into a secret area, ready to unleash it upon the seal on their gods.

1: All PH rules
apply.
2: Please make sure there aren't, like, four Eevees or Eeveelutions. NPCs are fine, but it gets a little boring when you see the same Pokemon EVERYWHERE.
3: All levels of RP allowed.
4: No Mary Sue/Gary Stu characters. I reserve the right to point out if your character is one.
4a: Mega and Shiny Pokemon are not allowed either.
4b: Feel free to change the typing of a Pokemon to Dark and/or Ghost if they're a Herald, and they don't have either typing. Write it off as a mutation.
5: Powerplaying is allowed to a minimum.
6: You can play one legendary Pokemon. They have no gender, apart from legends with set genders. However, they will only be there to watch the characters' progress, rather than to help.
7: Put "Sky's the Limit" somewhere in your form.
8: I can edit these rules.
9: Have fun.

Lunar Town
is a rather large town (more akin to a city than a town) with many
shrines dedicated to Cresselia. It appears to glow with a faint
lavender light and seems to be bathed in a full moon's light,
rather than the sun's. The entrance is large, decorated with
carvings of the moon and the stars.
Facilities-
The Bank: owned by Persian, she keeps your money perfectly safe. She will demand a small fee every time you retrieve or deposit money, however.

Heralds' hideout is located in the side of a mountain and actually
seems to be quite a lively place. It's lit up by torches of varying
colors, and very well hidden. There's a path that leads down the
mountain, which is very safe.

Noire seems calm, collect and cold but he has a chip on his shoulder. He has a short fuse and acts somewhat bratty when he doesn't get his way. He is surprisingly insecure about himself and prefers being a loner.

Noire has long since been a normal Pokemon. Growing up he was coddled and taken advantage of by others due to his blindness. He used to predict omens for his hometown until one day he lied about a disaster and they all died. He has long believed his natural born blindness was a curse given to him by Arceus and vows to raise his gods to destroy civilization and take over.
