mystery boxes are
special boxes your pokemon bring back
from rumble missions that when you have the correct coloured key that matches the box colour can give you some treasure/loot :)

Honestly, while I am intrigued by the New player box (joined last night via facebook advertisments) Im more interested in how people got the 6 pokemon into their signatures and how they made the train buttons.
