This is the real spring update
You fell for it again! :D
The only real thing about this is our new Event Pokémon Gomaseel!
... I bet even all the people who said "April's Fool!" right away had at least a few moments where they thought "But what if this is real?" ;)
I am actually very very surprised by the feedback that this "troll" received. So much positive hoping that this is actually a thing! I was honestly expecting Y U NO WURK 4 PH MORE. You even made over 3 Million DigiHeroes interactions ... this is CRAZY!
But nevertheless, I am sorry that some of you might be a little disappointed now... As said, there is no real site, no real story; just random adopting & interacting.
Fun fact: Before working on this project I knew little to nothing about Digimon. I had to watch the anime "for research" :b I don't think I'm the right person to code a Digimon fangame.
Well... that still was quite some work - but hey, you know the Trollduck! ^_^ Anything for a good April's Fool.
By the way, you can still claim your Event Pokémon until April 7th, 2016. The registration on DigiHeroes will stay open; I think we will also keep the whole website as a memory as long as possible :)
Anyway! Here is what our team has actually been working on! Please note that this is just a PREVIEW!! It has not been released yet!
Many of you know this popular suggestion. Inspired by the community's ideas and suggestions, we have put all of our effort into coding and designing the actual Emera Beach!
It has already been hinted by some NPCs in Emera Town since the beginning of PokeHeroes, that Emera Town has its own beach - but so far you were never able to visit it or do anything related to it. Until this summer!
Fishing
One of the core features of the Emera Beach will be fishing.
In a new minigame you will be able to catch Fish Pokémon as well as new sea items. At the beginning you only have a very basic rod, but after fishing a bit, you will unlock more advanced rods and bait which allow you to catch even rarer stuff!
There is also an energy bar, as shown on the right screenshot. More information on that will be released some other time!
We are trying to make this minigame not only work on your PC browser, but also easy-to-use on your mobile devices.
When you first visit the Emera Beach, you will meet two new characters!
One of the NPCs makes you daily-changing offers where you have to provide them with stuff from the sea in exchange for other cool items.
New Legendary
A new legendary will be released in this feature as well.
