The bat stared at Luca with it's intense brown eyes and chirped, leaping onto his chest happily. "Gah!" Luca yelped as his voice was muffled by the large bat's body. The bat only squeaked and rested on his legs, purring.

The bat saw Luca was trying to move him and scrambled off his legs, sitting attentively in front of him as if waiting for orders. It wagged it's nubby tail and sniffed the air.

The bat responded with a coo, shuffling it's feet excitedly. Luca snorted, slightly irritated with it's positive response to his command. "Annoying little critter... Help me up?" He asked Savannah, holding out his hand.

The bat cocked his head at Luca and breathed heavily, drool leaking from the corners of it's mouth. "Eeeee!" It shrieked. Luca put his hands to his ears and cringed.

Luca looked up to Savannah with sudden motivation. "We need to leave here." He stated firmly, trying to get up.
Remy whined some more, stamping his feet frantically. "There is something, and I know it wants to kill us."
