You will become a pokemon trainer in the pokemon world, (Yay!)
BUT
All the legendaries will begin fighting and it is YOU (along with 5 or so people) who has to deal with them all! (I think that it is a Yay!)

When you throw your Pokéball to call ANY Pokémon, a Magikarp (holding everstone, non-shiny) will always come out and use Splash at YOU and EVERY egg will hatch into a karp....

BUT
Feebas and Magikarp will lose their Evolutions, Mega Evolutions , Shiny Versions and mega stones. And the Gyrados and Milotic which you have caught(and are supposed to be alive) will revert to The Non-shiny, non-mega Feebas and Magikarp.

You will get 1 of each Kalos Legendary and Mythical (Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion. Not including the new Magina) 's shiny form, but you can no longer encounter rare or legendary Pokémon or get them from B2W2, PokéBank or the GTS (includes Wonder Trade) anymore.
(And yes, this is in X/Y/OR/AS and all the future games)
