Open them all. :) They are rare finds so it may take quite a few boxes to find them (or sometimes only a few). It depends on how lucky you are.

So, question. On these rumble missions, if my pokemon fails to beat the pokemon, do i have to get another map to rechallenge them???

Fortunately, no. If your Pokemon fails to defeat the boss, they return with the map and you can try again as many times as you need to.
