I apologize in advanced if this has already been suggested before, but using the search it only showed me forms for people trading nuggets for pokedollars rather than a suggestion to improve it. Currently people have to send nuggets in exchange for pokedollars, or the other way around. I get that that people need to trust the other person to hold up their end of the deal when trading their currency for another, but things don't work that way now and days. So i decided on an idea that is an agreed upon trade like the "Global Trade Station".

A person can send a trade request to another user. They must send a certain amount for the trade request to send. The percipient will receive a notification for the trade offer. The recipient can either "decline" or they can put their desired amount (which would most likely be agreed upon by both users before hand), then accept. The trade wouldn't be completed of course until the sender accepts the trade as well.

A visual representation if it wasn't clear.
Sender > Places Nuggets/PD in a trade > Recipient > Places Nuggets/PD In Trade > Trade incomplete until both accept.

An Additional feature to this is the option to turn currency trades off, so people don't feel the need to spam someone with requests.

The whole point to this if it wasn't apparent is to lower the amount of scams and to have peace of mind when trading currency.

This suggestion is not exactly the same as yours but pretty much covers what you're suggesting already. :)
