Smiling, Luna went over and retrieved Snivy's PokéBall. The little creature inside glanced up at her and smiled a bit. Still holding the PokéBall, she went outside to wait for the other trainers.

"Which one did you pick?" Jamison asks the others. "I picked Squirtle." Jamison thought about the journey ahead. It's a region with all the Pokemon from past regions, maybe I'll run into something special! The gyms aren't gonna be anything like Sinnoh, I bet. I guess I'll see when I get there!

Luna's PokéBall suddenly opens, blinding her for a few moments from the white light. When it fades and she opens her eyes, her new partner to sitting in her shoulder, smiling at her.
"Snivy!"It greets her happily; Luna smiles back at her and tucks the PokéBall into her coat pocket.

"Alright then." Jamison tosses the Pokeball at Squirtle and he goes back inside. Then he gets an idea. "Guys! I'll be right back. I have something to get! Meet at the Pokemart in an hour." He gets in his car and drives to the car dealership.

Jamison goes to the car dealership. "Can I help you?" a sales associate asks.
"I'm looking for a decent offroad car that can hold 5-ish people."
"I know just the car! Follow me." The sales associate leads Jamison to a 4-door Jeep. Jamison looks at the price tag. "I can probably afford this if I trade in my old car!" he says happily. "I bet the others will love this!" He buys the car and drives it to the forest to look for Pokemon. Luckily he has a few Pokeballs and a few Great Balls that he brought from Sinnoh. He walks around for a bit when he finds a Zubat! "I need to take a picture of this!" He takes out his camera and takes some pictures. "Go, Garry!" He sends out his Squirtle. "Tackle!" Garry tackes the Zubat. It was a critical hit! The Zubat was weak enough to catch! "Go, Great Ball!" Jamison throws a Great Ball and watches it wobble...
1 wobble...
2 wobbles...
3 wobbles...
Success! "Yeah! I caught a Zubat!" Jamison looks at his watch. "I gotta get to the PokeMart! Return Garry!" He gets into his Jeep and drives back into town.

(lol sorry I thought Squirtle knew Water Gun at lvl 5. Also my character is kinda based on shiny zubat but I'll wait until later in the RP)
