Sometimes when I'm making feeds, the character count isn't right. I use a character counter to make sure I have only 500 characters, and when I do, it sometimes doesn't post. So I think we should use a counter to see how many characters we have left. The counter on PH isn't too accurate for when you reach the limit, so it should show up when you're typing.
It could be kind of like Twitters

This would be useful but people usually dont post really long feeds and they either make a separate feed to continue or they continue in the comments of the feed. Most people wont be affected by this update
