World War P (Open And Accepting)
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Pokémon RP → World War P (Open And Accepting)Toxicroak: "Mmm..." He yawned, stretching a bit forcing his eyes open, staring at the Leafeon in his new home, "Hm? Another one I see, let me guess: you're here to try and out live the apocalypse?" Toxicroak chuckled a bit, standing up from the moist cave floor. "Hmph, sound about right. You seem young, son, please have a snack." Going to his stash, Toxicroak tossed over a Pecha berry before taking a seat back down. "You mentioned 'we' so either you have imaginary friends or you are not alone."
Narrator: In the desert the sand is cool, the winds are steady, and moon is high in the clear sky. But the land appears barren, no non infected searching for food, and no infected either. The desert is a natural lonely place, and with loneliness comes sadness, and with sadness comes madness. Those who once lived here as non infected either starved or were infected by the tainted waters. The desert is rather quiet, not a chirp or squeak to be heard.
-That was a nice sleep...I really needed one...
Her belly made a strange howling sound...
-I need to eat something...i must start exploring ....where should i head to?The city?No....maybe the desert?Yes this is good place to find some tasty Lansat berries...
Ryu got up,smelled the breeze and flew off...
Narration for Ryu: (also if your character is speaking use quotes " " not dashes) Exploring the forest at night as rain pours trickles down through the thick leaves and thunder roars to those down below is a dangerous task for many. Finding a new place to reside may be a good decision, but where to would be the challenge. It would take days of flying to get to a new place, and without water or food to carry it take many rest stops to find food. Flying in this weather is a dangerous and unnecessary risk for many.
Name: None (name is just Skorupi)
My Pokemon is: Skorupi (Male, btw.)
Their moves are: Poison Sting, Pin Missile, Scary Face, Pursuit
I live: The Forest
My favorite zombie movie is: World War Z
(Sorry if I screwed something up. Someway, somehow, I always seem to screw up RP forms, lol.)
There held these humans he spoke of, wearing white lab coats, conducting experiments on the Pokemon. "Ah yes, they had a hope to exploit the system... ahh.... it failed. These humans, they're gone now, they left us here, they're failed experiments. Heh, they hoped to make us stronger, and they did." He took a berry to his mouth, pausing, before setting it back down. "A team of humans, rockets, flares, plasmas, all combined into a mass of people. They won their battle and gained control over a legend. They took that legend's power and injected us all with it: the virus. It spreads now, so quickly... No way to stop it." He coughed, resting his arms over his stomach.
"What do you hope to accomplish young ones? Salvation? Victory? Life?"
Along his arm was a visible bite, already beginning to heal over, Toxicroak knew his days were numbered.
Ralts: "He... He's been bit." She mumbled, holding the berry close to her chest, "What happens to him now, Lief?"
Toxicroak leaned his head against the wall, "You are welcome to stay," he offered, "I have food here that I don't have the appetite for and if you go out in this weather with a little girl like that you'll be sitting ducks."
Ralts: "I... I think we should stay." Ralts offered, moving closer to the bitten Pokemon, "You heard him right? He has days left, and if he knows about what's infecting us then don't you think we should know too? It might... It might be helpful."
Narrator: With shelter for the night and many berries to eat, this place would seem like a miniature paradise. Except there sat a bitten Pokemon with only days left of sanity. The risk of staying was obvious, but the reward might be greater. If Toxicroak was speaking the truth, his knowledge on the virus may help in some way.
Toxicroak: He looked down at the Pokemon, a scoff passing his lips before looking away. "Why ask the name of someone you won't know in a few days? Toxicroak is fine for now." He looked to the photos on the wall, the last of his memories he could gather before fleeing the city. He could recall the walls they built, the Pokécenters invaded, the spread of the infected Pokemon like it all happened just days ago.
Narration for Ghost: ((also it is goes not gos, spot not spote, and watch your punctuation. Like I said try spell checking your posts and use more than one sentence and you should normally talk in past tense. Again look up RP guides if you are having trouble)). Ghost's search reveals mainly sand, sand, and surprisingly more sand. Perhaps it would be wise to try and escape the desert, but without flight it'd be hard to see which was he way out. In the distance shadowy figures peer over, making a noise sound ping similar to laughter.
