I know that it needs to be submitted by PM, but that wasn't my question. My question was if I could use google docs instead of typing the article directly into the PM.

Yes, you can do that, It doesn't matter where you do it (Except if we've to download something to watch it). We already have got some google drives documents and are okay.

The articles need to contain factual information about features on this site. Meaning it needs to be real information. Mew cannot be found in the Safari Zone, so that should be included anywhere in the Safari Zone article.

I think as mentioned on the first post, they'll announce the results when they feel they have enough submissions so there's no fixed date for that

If the rules say you have to be level 15 (or higher), you can't apply if you're only level 11.
They're there for a reason ;)

As lenghty as you think would be appropriate. Put in all the necessary information but leave out the unneeded stuff.

@sakthiya - Because at level 15, you've unlocked everything trainerlevel-related and have had a feel of everything on site.
