I had a random idea come in my head, and I don't know if it's good or not. The idea is to base the game more on Pokemon. You can move a character around (But I think it's a bad idea, since the Spriters might have a harder time) a map. The map doesn't really have to be pixelized, it just has to look like a Pokemon area. There will be 50 maps, each with a maximum of 30 players. The character models are going to be the trainers from the real Pokemon game. You can choose which one to be. All the maps would are the same, just you would start at different areas (The map is large). Please tell me if this is a good idea or not.
NOTE: If this is accepted, I apologize for making it hard on the Spriters. If it isn't accepted, that means I'm fine with that. This has its flaws anyways. c:

Well, though the idea is nice (and I think the Coders would have the most work on this), I don't support.
PokeHeroes is a game about interacting and breeding and hatching, not a Flash game or something.

Well this seems more like a MMO set up. This site is more based around breeding, collecting, and making shiny Pokemon. Not so much about exploring and seeing maps. It's not a bad idea, it's just not what this site is really about from what I've seen.

It's been suggested before to have maps and a catching system like in the games but it was stated that this site is a breeding clicking game.

And again the time and effort and coding and lag, etc. etc., that we'd have to deal with would probably be too much for 10,000 members.

So no support, the idea isn't stupid or bad, it's just not what this site is about.

If you wanna play something that's more like Pokemon, then...well, go play Pokemon :p I agree that this would be a bit too much for the server, and we probably wouldn't even be able to access it because of how much it would lag xD The idea itself is nice though :3

There's a game called Pokémon Vortex that has the features you mentioned. I don't think this is really necessary for Pokéheroes, since we're a clicking/interacting site.

For reasons already stated, I don't support. ^^

Hmmmm, Ufmitsev and all others are correct
Pokemon Vortex has all the pokemon type areas, you can move freely and catch hundreds.
But in this site, all pokemons begin as eggs, so that would be a bit unmatched.
If you have an idea which may take care of both-maps and eggs- together, then maybe it would be a bit fair for this site.
Otherwise, I do not support.

This would change the core value of PokéHeroes. Just because it's adapted from pokémon, doesn't mean it should work the same way.
