Hi I was wondering if people here like to use nicknames for their pokemon. And if they do what their favourite nickname is. I prefer to use no nicknames.

Hrm, depends. I kind of suck with picking good nicknames, so I usually don't give any. But special Pokémon or Pokémon which idk, remind me of certain characters get appropriate nicknames, yes.

Oh, I love to give my pokemon nicknames! I don't like to come up with dull ones though like I see in the game; such as, pooch or duckie. Right now in my Godra game I have:
Eevee (Lucius)
Venipede (Uther)
Swinub (Zanea)
Mankey (Monkey) Traded in game
Pidove (Fez)
Kadabra (Bip) Traded in game

I have a set few names for certain pokemon (with consideration of gender) though:
Absol(Xuphies) Ditto(Pure) Togepi(Shiny) Eevee (M:Lucius F: Morgause) Cottonee/Whimsicott (M:Lauklen F:Louse) Mareep/Ampharos(M:Mareah F: refuse to catch females) Gengar(M:Kein F:Lein) Waterpokemon(Uni:Palicia I only catch one water pokemon typically) Pichu (Casacoon) starter fire pokemon(Luke) grass starter(Boelin or Basil) Ponyta (Spiratus) and I am sure I have a few more that I can't remember.

I don't usually. Sometimes really special ones get names. And then sometimes I just give them their japanese names because I think they sound better. Like I name my Typhlosion, Bakufun

i also prefer not to use nicknames unless the pokemon is somehow special to me, but very rarley

I give my pokemons nicknames on their pokedex number because I'm lazy to check their page.
I usually give nicknames to shinies I got I want to keep, usually something from a fandom or if I ever got that pokemon in the games I will name it the name I gave the pokemon I got. That sounds very confusing but yeah.

I too don't use nicknames.
