Now I'll rally up a few of the ideas we threw out and put them in one post so we can try and elaborate and get some rules going.

Well we could do you trying to gather all the pumpkaboos to pumpkaboo island but you got to start it like you start your fanfiction with a setting of your choosing

Contest Ideas:

Hatching Egg Contest: Whoever can hatch the most Pumpkaboo eggs in a certain amount of time (Hours? Days? Weeks?)

Love Letter/Poem Contest: Whoever writes the most loving and caring letter about Pumpkaboos gets it posted in the Fanfiction thread. On the other side there is a Poem contest with the same idea but in poem form. A person can only enter one piece, as in one person can only enter letter or only enter poem, not both. (I can decide final three, have group as a whole vote for number one letter)

Quizzes: Have a quiz in chat room to share Pumpkaboo facts with other people (helps promote our group and fun for people to participate in)

Charity Day: Not a contest but a day will be decided where everyone in the group gives away one Pumpkaboo to someone and say that it is from Team Pumpkaboo. (We will have to make sure we don't all gift the same person, and it is better if the person isn't in the group already)

Art Contest: We have people either sprite, gif, draw, photoshop, etc. art that relates to Pumpkaboo in some way. Get creative with it! Only one entry per person. Whoever wins gets their artwork featured in the art forum. (I can decide on final three and then the group as a whole will vote on the best piece. We might can have different categories of art too but that's only if we get a lot of submissions that are of varied appearances. If not then we can group them all together as "art". They will, however, be judged together and only one piece of art can win for now.)

Pumpkaboo of the Month: Think of this as an employee of the month award but for Team Pumpkaboo. At the end of every month I will decide on who has been the best Pumpkaboo of them all! I will even draw a little plaque or award for that person with their Pumpkasona.

Pumpkaboo Medals: Like how we have medal rally I think we should have something like that here. Award for perhaps most activity on thread, most Pumpkaboos hatched, most Pumpkaboos raised, things that have to do with Pumpkaboos.

Pumpkaboo King/Princess: This is something I thought of, I might need someone to consult with and someone who can handle tasks if let's say I'm not here, I will need a king in my absence. Think of it was my replacement if I am gone. Now don't let the name fool you, the Pumpkaboo King can be a girl, in which case I'd call her Pumpkaboo Princess. This contest will be me mainly looking at active members, good team players, someone who is liked by our group, and someone I know can handle things if I am gone. It will be judged by me and is most likely a permanent position. This won't be chosen anytime soon since we are all pretty new at this, but it gives a goal to strive for!

This are just some things and announcements that I posted to bulk so people don't have to scroll around and feel lost. Hope I got everything

Also, perhaps you could add Pumpkaboo Poems to the list of contest ideas? Some people (like me .o.) are better with poems than writing formal letters. Or we could enter letters or poems!

Oooo Poems would be nice, see I suck at poems so I never thought of that haha.

I like this. We can have one letter winner and one poem winner since formal letters vs poetic... poems I think is hard to judge together. That way we will have two separate pieces of writing. BUT because of this people cannot enter one in letter and one in poem, don't want one person winning both categories. So, one per person.

How does that sound peeps and peepettes?

It's true, poems are much harder to judge. Sometimes longer is better, not all poems rhyme, some will use older words- there could be a points system in place, or am I making things too hard? Haha.

For poems, at least, there should be second and third place prizes. Or we could have different categories of poems to enter into. I'm not sure. :p

Yea, we will have to work on a proper judging technique. Whether or not we have first or second or third? Or just first? If all the winners get a prize or if it is just the first place who does? Things like that

But when it comes to prizes I'm not sure what to give. I know people like PD, that's always a good one, but then there is the problem of how much to give, give what amount for each winner. And who will this PD come from? Probably me hahaha, and I don't want to go broke giving up probably 100K every contest if we have three winners. If there is only one winner I won't go broke xD

On a side note, I think I'm bad at RP haha. I'm a settings writer, a story writer, when it comes to writing like how I see in the guide i feel totally lost
