I crept quietly up to the clearing, the scent of raptors filling my nose. There were five of them. I scanned the creatures, but my prey had not yet arrived. No matter. I could wait. I lowered myself to the ground, my skin color changing to that of a boulder. I watched them moving about. They had obviously just arrived, as they were mostly mulling around at the moment. I pondered what I would do should my prey not show up. Killing any of these pests would be fine, but the only ones I really wanted to kill were the small one and Queen. The only problem was that killing Queen would be near impossible. Her squad would fight to the death for her, and even if I could kill them all, she would probably have come up with some cunning trap to end me. Oh well. For now I would just wait.

The runt sat herself on the ground. Pepper was tired, especially since she had been running, and hadnt eaten for a while. She looked up at all the other raptors, they were slowly returning from whatever they had been doing before to come and join the Queen. DId she need something, maybe? She'll find out eventually.

Special traits: She is very light on her feet, she has a very sharp sense of sight and smell so she can hunt even the smallest of prey, the feathers embedded on her body help her to blend in with the ground and stay hidden from much larger Dino'sDino's.

History(Optional): Reyna is still a baby and yet, she has never had a real home or family. Ever since she hatched she knew everywhere she went she would never be safe. She was the runt of the litter, last to hatch of the entire nest. However, when she had managed to break free of her warm shell, her family had disappeared. They were chased of by a pair of Tyrannosaurs. She has been traveling for nearly six years, her entire lifespan, and she still hasn't come across her family.

Birch heard Queens call and wondered if she should go, because the dinosaur she had ran into earlier might be there. No matter, she had to go. She had debated long enough for her to be late, so she ran at top speed to get there. When she did, she silently scanned the area for that dinosaur from before. She didn't see him, and she sighed with relief.

Queen looked at her squad. "Hey everyone! Most of you look well." She smiled and nodded. "Has anyone had any problems with other dinosaurs?" She looked at all of them.

"I had no trouble, just havent eaten in a while." Pepper remarked, her voice breathy and tired, as she yawned afterwards. Her eyelids drooped, and her neck lowered down to the ground as she just fell limp into sleep.

Crasis picked up his head and looked around, taking a moment to observe his surroundings. Assuming the noises he heard were just his own imagination, he turned back around, facing the large river and focusing his gaze on the clear water once again.

Queen looked at Pepper and chuckled. "Hold on everyone. I want to put her in my nest and get her food." She walked towards the raptor and tried to pick her up gently.

Reyna lashed her tail silently as she stared at the small creauture, peering through the bush with her large brown eyes. Just as she was about to pounce, a large reptile raced past her, footsteps thundering and spooking off her prey. Reyna squawked in frustration, stamping her foot on the ground like a pouty child. She snorted angrily before raising her head, sniffing lightly. She sneezed when she caught a whiff of an oddly familiar scent. 'More raptors?' She thought curiously before cautiously following the scent.

Hyden growled to himself as he waded lazily through a shallow river in attempts to heal the fresh wound that was inflicted upon him from another male. He hissed angrily and twisted his head around to lick at the blood that dripped from the slash. "I hate this time of year." He snapped in an irritable tone as he dragged himself onto the shore and laid in the warm, sunny sand, hoping for a warm nap in the sun.

"Prey is prey. Age, type, nothing matters when it comes to food." North stated. "You overreacted. Who knows what that dinosaur might do now. Of course he won't give me any trouble, but I wouldn't say the same for some of us in our squad." He growled.

After placing Pepper in her nest. She turned to the others. "If this dinosaur comes after somebody else, we will attack." She paced back and forth. "You should not have attacked it." She looked at her. "There have been times where even I have killed young dinosaurs for food." She shook her head. "It's is how the world works..."

After a while of staying still and staring at the river, spotting a quickly moving shadow underwater, Crasis jumped into the river. But due to the large splash he had created, he missed the fish and was left with bare claws and no meal until the next fish. Crasis shook his head in both annoyance and disappointment in his self, the clumsy outcome almost made him mad.
