"Have you not guessed yet?" Marcus said, watching Jessica shake her head. "We're vampires who have resided in this castle for thousands of years." He felt her stiffen, intense terror radiating off her in waves. "Calm yourself, I won't harm you." Abruptly scenting the air, he pushed her behind him. "They are near."
(Scene shift)
"I seek her talent, Jane," Aro said, eyes locked on the door where the woman was hiding. And Marcus was with her, which made him seethe. "In all my years I have never encountered a human with the power to manipulate objects. The Volturi could use her."

"Then if you are a vampire,why would you protect me?" Hessica thought, but not saying anything , she just stood behind marcus , slowly forcing herself to get calmer.
{ scene shift }
Jane looked at Aro,before looking at Marcus.
"Thats amazing." she whispered softly,as a small bit of emotion popped up too.
'But how could Marcus protect her,without he knew a thing?' she asked herself,cocking her head just so slightly,that it could be barely seen.

"Get away from her, Marcus," Aro ordered after doing a quick check to see if anything could be used as a weapon. When the other vampire refused to move, he growled low in his throat and stalked forward, his coven brother keeping himself between them. "How can you protect a human? One whose gift could benefit the Volturi?"
"She reminds me of Didyme," Marcus said, anger flashing in his eyes. Noticing how Aro flinched slightly at his sister's name, he stood to his full height. "I know you killed her after we discussed leaving." Releasing a roar, he launched at Aro, only to fall to his knees in agony.
"Jane, enough!" Alec shouted, hurrying to Marcus' side. "Help me get him to the throne room."

"I dont want a fight, Alec! not between the kings!" Jane snapped,before she stopped it,looking at Aro again,befire she turned to Marcus side,lifting him up in all ease

Alec stood in the doorway, torn between going with his sister or staying with Aro. Noticing how the other vampire's neck was craned a bit to look over his shoulder, he knew he was being silently ordered to leave. "I'll see you back in the throne room." Backing away, he let the door swing shut and slowly went down the corridor.
Red orbs landing on Jessica again, Aro began to stalk forward before she brandished a curved piece of pipe he had not seen. Using his speed, he yanked it from her hands and easily crumpled it into a ball of steel. Tossing behind him, he zeroed in on her rapid heartbeat, knowing his gaze was darkening.

Jane nodded just slightly,as she looked at Marcus.
"Sorry." she said,sighing softly. if she could,she would have been blushing badly by just all of sudden just hurt a king without realizing it. she really did feel sorry for Marcus.
Jessica even didnt notice it,untill Aro saved her.
"Im going with him." she said snappy,as she walked to Marcus,and nodded to Aro slightly annoyed just as a thank you.
"Are you alright?" she asked,as she placed her hand on Marcus his shoulder,but got if off quickly as it was just cold.

Marcus chucked lightly, shifting in his seat to recline back. A swirl of blue caught his attention and he looked closer at Jessica. Eyes widening, he glanced down at his own hand that was also glowing blue. Movement snapped his head up to see Aro behind he woman as if he was getting ready to pounce. He had to get her away from him, Volturi law be damned. "You will not harm her."
"Excuse me?" Aro demanded, folding his arms over his chest, crimson eyes narrowed. Studying how Marcus practically shielded Jessica with one of his arms, he sighed internally. "Her aura is the same as yours, isn't it? Well, let me turn her and you'll both be together for eternity."
"It won't work," Alec said suddenly, startling everyone. "If anything tragic happens to someone, their aura shifts. Transformation would --" A hard glare from Aro shut him up.

Jessica had no idea what happened,but she looked annoyed at Aro.
"Why wont you let him be happy? have youve never been happy or something?! He is sweet while you are trying to kill him and me? thats just sick Mister......!" Jessica hissed,as she didnt know Aro his name yet.
Jane let a small smile spread across her face for a few seconds.
"Youre right though,brother." she said,looking at Aro,but her smile abruptly faded. she would rather die with her brother and knowing her brother was right, then dying alone in a lie.

Tension filled the air for several minutes until Aro growled and ran from the room, shoving Felix into the wall. Had the situation been any different, Alec would have laughed, but to do so now would surely mean having is head torn off. Giving Jane a sidelong glance, he saw her shrink a little. "I'd try not to be alone, at least until Aro's calmed down."
Marcus let out a surprised grunt when Jessica threw herself onto his lap, face buried in his robe. Impressed that she could stand his icy touch, he wrapped his arms around her tightly. "I won't let him anywhere near you."

Jane felt a shiver run down her spine, if that even was possible for her to feel.
"What is wrong with Aro?" she asked in a mumble,but really soft when she walked to the throne room, looking for Alec. she smiled again when she saw him there, and quickened her pase.
"Thank you.." Jessica whispered, hugging him back, not caring about how cold he was.
"Youre so nice , and that black haired one wasnt.. but who was he?" jessica asked,looking at Marcus again.

"No, that's red," Marcus replied, smiling when Jessica relaxed. "Blue means parental guidance. I'm like her father now, in a sense." A shrill scream rent the air that was quickly extinguished. "Looks like we need a new secretary. Too bad, I liked Jenna."

"I dont know. i dont really know much about aura's but if i just needed to look at how Marcus was,i would say yes." she said,nodding,before she heared Marcus.
"Well tahts possible too. just.. like we were with Aro ?" Jane asked ,looking at Alec,before turning to Marcus and Jessica.
Jessica smiled slightly,looking at the twins, who didnt look like twins at all,and then turned back at Marcus
"Though, i would like to talk with you one on one." she said,looking at Marcus.

Aro ran into Caius on the way to his room, Jenna's blood still on his clothes. Seeing his brother raise an eyebrow, he waved a hand in dismissal. "Don't ask, I lost it for a second. Marcus has decided to keep the human since their auras are the same. Let him change her, I would have ripped out her throat."

Caius let out a soft laugh.
"For sure brother. would he have found his second mate? that cant be true, can it?" Caius asked,looking at Aro,as he did smell the blood on his clothes. now Aro looked like a real agressive vampire.

"If things progress, I believe Marcus might just marry her," Aro mused as he entered his chambers to change his shirt. Noticing how Caius averted his gaze, he chucked the soiled garment at the other Volturi, who swiftly dodged.

"Wait,if he marries her..i wont be nice to that girl!" caius growled annoyed again

"You cannot leave the castle knowing of our existence, so yes," Marcus answered after a moment. "The only other option is death. If you would like, I can teach you to control your talent."

"I will if I need to," Aro said, eyes snapping open. "Though surely he learned his lesson last time."

"Is that really possible? i would love to control it!" She said suprised, looking at him, she couldnt believe it!
