Aurulent Town is an island only accessible by some water pokemon. Because most trainers and pokemon only travel near the shores, it is very hard to find. Oh, the Lapras took you here? That's Aquamarine. She selects all the special pokemon to join the island, mostly evees and eveelutions. Here, the special pokemon are protected.
Why, you ask? Because you aren't a normal pokemon- you will evolve to become a different, new, Eveelution or already are one. Here, everyone has their own little thing that's different. But that isn't weird, it's amazing!
But it has a bad side too.. These new pokemon have.. Err.. Different strengths than anyone else. Some of them have moves or high stats that nobody has seen before. And now that Team Rocket has a Ditto, they are coming to kidnap pokemon for their Ditto to become, and we know they will use Ditto's new moves and stats for no good. We have to hide.

Unlimited charactars as long as you use them all.
There is no code word, as I find it annoying to copy/paste the form and a code.
Your new eeveelution can be a fusion, fakemon, or even just a normal one. You can also be eevee.
Pokemon can be scarred or hurt, they take physical damage from battles in this rp.
If the need arises I will add rules and create a warning system.
No curses, but minor things (crap, darn, heck, etc.) are ok.

Personality and/or History: Cunning and distant. Ever since finding a dragon scale in a forest one day, Lucien's life has never been the same. As soon as the young Eevee touched it, he evolved into an undiscovered breed of eon. At first he was excited about the unexpected change, but that disappeared as trainers and pokemon alike started to target him for his uniqueness. For years Lucien had fended for himself, and has accumulated a collection of scars after battling off attackers. Now the once social pokemon has trouble trusting anyone and is typically suspicious of whoever comes into contact with him.
Inventory/Items: Once in a while a dragon scale will fall off his hide.

Having heard light footsteps in the distance, Lucien silently made his way over toward the sound. Hiding in a nearby bush, he peered over and spotted the unfamiliar pokemon grabbing a berry from a hidden nook inside a tree. The tip of his tail twitched slightly as he watched her scale up the tree.
