this idea is simple in idea, but may be difficult.

This idea is to make it possible to transfer Game Chips to other user the same way you can send players nuggets or PD. Since this would make getting the prizes easier to get, you can make a rate. Like 10 of your game chips would change 1 game chips. So if you transfer 1000 of your game chips the reciever would only get 100 game chips.

The whole idea is to have the ability to transfer game chips.

Edit: it could also just be the same tax as transferring PD c: as stated by Dakar!

If you're talking about a tradable 'voucher', it's already been suggested.
If you're talking about GC being tradable like PD, I support, but I suggest using a similar tax rate as PD.
