(Kyubey's main alien species, Incubators are based off of cats which explains Kyubey's multiple lives. Incubators form contracts with potential magical girls by helping them a wish. After the contract is made the magical girl receives a soul gem which they may use to battle witches. If it doesn't explain much I suggest you google a bit)

Other: She has damaged vision in one eye from fencing, she got hit with the sword without a mask on. She needs glasses because one eye has blurry vision, but she never got glasses. She does fencing (Like me, I do saber fencing in real life) and has a saber as her weapon.
