As long as the egg itself is supposed to contain a Tailow, there's a chance it'll hatch as a retro :3 You could even breed a Pidgey and a Swellow (if they're compatible :p) and if they produce a Tailow egg, it might be retro.

But somebody told me that pokemon can make an egg only if they are from the same evo chain. The egg groups dont count...

Maybe an eevee,emolga,or a pumpkaboo would be great! Those are my favorites! :D But it'll be ok with an absol or vanillite :)

i didn't know anything about this and one day i hatched a tailow retro and i was like :What the... then saw this and i was like,YAY!!!!(I got the egg on my birthday,lucky)

Oshawott, what are you even talking about? There is no such thing as a Retro Oshawott, because it ONLY HAS ONE STATIC SPRITE. Alternatively, assuming that you didn't mean "Retro Oshawott" and simply want someone to give you a free Oshawott (or trade you one in exchange for something else), that is SPAM.
