I'm not quite sure that the SCE signups are totally fair for those of us in the us and who cant get online until 2:00am server time, i usually cant get on until after my son goes to sleep, around 9 pm est. when i first saw the the message to sign up all of the SCE were full.

It took longer than 24 hours to fill all the slots, though, so everyone who logged in within 24 hours of the sign up opening would've had the chance of signing up; and that 24-hour window means that where you live, didn't cause a disadvantage (and I don't quite see how logging in a little after reset would cause a disadvantage, unless I'm understanding it wrong). There were also 25 entries added to every slot to try and answer the demand.

There will always be users who can't join (regardless of where they live), because the slots (and limits) are in place to reduce lag that SCEs usually generate. Too many slots will negate that effect (and cause lag yet again).

Btw.. Why some groups have 176/175? Is that right? Bug? Premium users? @.@

That's probably a bug, in the (very rare) occasion that two users clicked 'join' at exactly the right time, when there were 174/175 filled.

It has nothing to do with premium/non-premium, and to the code, both were on time, so both were accepted ^^
