Okay, so a while ago I downloaded the Hero Walker Trial app, and it said I had to get on my computer and send a pokemon there. At the time, I couldn't get on my laptop, and I am very forgetful and only just remembered now.
I got on my laptop and send a pokemon to the app, but when I opened it it said that my trial was over. I haven't even used it once. -_-
Please change the trial to how much time we actually use on the app instead of how long we've had it downloaded for. -_-

I agree that this is unfair, but this happens in very rare cases.
I'm not sure if the timer should be changed because this doesn't happen often, and if someone forgets, it's pretty much their own problem.
Anyway, if the trial becomes to how long you use it, the trial usage will extend at least twice more.
I'm very sorry about your situation, and I really do think that you should be given at least 10 minutes of testing to really see if you want to buy the full version.
