Piloswine evolves at 50 on here because Move-evolutions evolve at
the level they'd learn the move but Piloswine needs to be tutored
the move via Move Reminder because its a level-1 Move for it, its
the only one of the Move evolutions to be like this and is
therefore the answer. It's been that way since PH started.

The royal pokemon are Slowking and Pyroar. Other pokemon with
"royal" in their species are Aegislash and Tyrunt. The Regi trio
are based on the word "regis" which is "kingly", I believe, but
they are all three from that root...
it would've said royal Rock/Ice/Steel pokemon depending on whatever
path you were in as that is the initial final question which grants
you their egg and only offers the regis as an answer.
Slowking and Pyroar are indeed Royal-Pokemon but thats only when
its asking for their classification outside of those questions

I had a question that asks which pokemon evolves at level 20, and
the answers were Tyrogue, Nincada and another pokemon. Don't both
Tyrogue and Nincada evolve at level 20?
They do, but Tyrogue has a special condition deciding which Hit it
evolves into, while Nincada always evolves into the same pokémon at
level 20. So Nincada will always be the correct answer.

Unfezant is Normal/Flying, Rookidee is only Flying and therefore
the answer.
Tornadus was the first pure-flying type, Noibat/Noivern then became
the first non-legendary primary flying types (Flying/Dragon) and
Rookidee is pure Flying until it's fully evolved and becomes
Flying/Steel
