stupid posting
One kid made a stupid post I'm not going to say their name but yeah the post is
wait i will be 13 soon at august 9 support coppa
Stupid (not to be rude to you) if we were kicked off right now you'd be gone to...
Cyber Bullying
If you want to stop cyber bullying that means that you have to kick everyone off every single website that you can sign up on. Everyone get cyber bullied not just little kids that are under the age of 13. If you say that it's only kids that are cyber bullied then your wrong it can happen to anyone. People do commit suicide from it and Por. Now said that kids do but so can adults and even teens!
not only these...
One of the pup ports said this and thank you for saying this
'What did this site was intending for adults? With all the cute messages you see floating around? No, this site's target audience is kids, and really young ones. That's why you're not allowed to curse in public, because there are CHILDREN here.'
This isn't for adults it isn't facebook or Zoosk... It's for people to have fun with rules that if you break you cloud get in trouble -that happnened a few times hehe-
Pro. Joe posted this on my hashtag (not to be a hater..)
"By Professor_Joe - 5 Minutes and 32 Seconds ago.
you do realize that most deaths of kids have came from cyber bulling on websites that are aimed for kid such as pokemon, yugioh and etc...."
It's not only the websites for kids but other things also like facebook
this isn't
As in one of my friends posted down in the bottom below she supported me by saying..
I will adds more facts soon
(My post)
Pokemon is mainly for kids it's on channels like Cartoon Network and cyber bullying happeneds all the time to everyone if you want to start that then you'll just be kicking everyone off the website to stop cyber bullying.
Also kids have ache vied many things here like learning new pokemon or finding what you can do with pokemon what's their shinies are and over half of the people here online I'm against that..
they won't add that for sure, there is a way too much kid on the site, and putting a test wont help, since there is 12 year old kids that can be a way more mature than a 15 year old one. and of course 15 year old that just too imature.
Listen, Age is just a stupid number, i don't think i looks like or act like a 19YO.
You just can't put something like that on a pokémon website.
Of course there is some people that insult each other on the site, but it's everywhere, and i believe there is kid that's like to Roleplay, or make friends here, so really, it's a bad idea.
Thank you for backing me up on this. Thank you pokemon for helping her with the english but I don't think she needed it really.
This site would lose a huge chunk of its users if that were to happen. This site already follows all the legal policies and such.
Why are people suggesting "not to do it".What makes you think Riako would put an age restriction?

I don't think this thread is even necessary. That hashtag was created to see how many people would overreact to it. It was never meant to be taken seriously, and sure enough, people overreacted without even looking at the simple facts: COPPA is American and Pokemon is for all ages not just little kids or adults. If you knew that much then it's pointless to even argue.
If you really wanted to know the ground roots of all this, a user posted a #NoCOPPA hashtag. I have no idea why, COPPA wasn't even being discussed to be added before then. Basically, it's the fault of someone who didn't support COPPA, who IS, might I point out, under 13. Funny how just one idiot can stir up everything.
